6 Things to Do for a Successful Bone Rebuilding Program  -
    1:  Test your body to Determine the Severity and Stage of Disease, Deficiency, and Toxicity.
  • These tests are used for Osteoporosis(OP), Osteoarthritis(OA), and/or Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA)

  • Soft Drinks - Many soft drinks and certain other carbonated soft drinks contain phosphoric acid, which can increase calcium
    excretion in your urine.  But even when the soft drink is non-carbonated, its consumption results in lower bone density.
  • Caffeine - "You lose about 6 milligrams of calcium for every 100 milligrams of caffeine ingested," says Linda K. Massey, PhD, RD,
    a professor of human nutrition at Washington State University in Spokane.
  • Sugar
  • Highly Processed Foods
  • Salt - (table salt and salt in processed foods) - Processed foods supply 75% of the sodium Americans eat.
    "The salt content of the typical American diet is one of the reasons why calcium requirements are so high," says  Massey.
    Massey says studies show that regular table salt, not simply sodium, causes calcium loss, weakening bones with time.
  • Antacids - Decreasing normal acid in the stomach decreases its ability to absorb minerals.
  • Elimination-Reintroduction or Mono Diet or IgG Food Allergy Test or Central Valley Cleanse.
  • if indicated, All Dairy (at least for 30 days)
  • if indicated, All Wheat (at least for 30 days)

    3:  Increase Dietary Promoters of Bone Health

       A) Essential Fatty Acids and associated nutritional factors
  • Grass-fed Cow Butter (Organic Pastures or Organic Valley brands are available in central California)
  • Wild Cod or Salmon (not Atlantic -- these are farm-raised)

  • Manganese (all over 66% of %DV/serv)
       * Pineapple, Brown rice, Garbanzo beans, Spinach, Rye (whole grain), Tempeh, Soybeans, Oats
  • Whole, organic Chicken (use liquid Stock and chew off bone ends) or Sardines.
  • ****vitamin C food sources * (all over 88% of %DV/serving)
       * Papaya
       * Bell peppers, red, raw, slices
       * Broccoli, steamed
       * Brussels sprouts, boiled

       * Cantaloupe
       * Kiwifruit'
       * Cauliflower, boiled/steamed
       * Kale, boiled

       C) Diet of Whole foods that are nutrient-dense and1/3 Raw and sufficient protein.  (Return to Quality Food CD)
       -- Bones are about 50% protein. Bone repair requires a steady stream of dietary amino acids, the building blocks of body proteins.

       D)  Drink plenty of purified water. (1/2 your body weight in pounds in ounces of water)

    4:  Move & Use Your Body Correctly

  • Time of Day:  11-2 pm , without tenderness or 'pinkening' within 24 hours.
    (If not that time of the day or year, eating foods with vit D or supplementing (see step 5) will be necessary.)

    C) Adjustments of spine and other related joint -- esp. important in osteoarthritis (and possibly in rheumatoid and osteoporosis)
    - to improve nerve & muscle control of joints to reduce uncoordinated, damaging joint motion.

    5:  Supplement as Needed - If your condition has developed, supplementation is probably necessary.
  • Essential Fatty acids & Factor "X" -- found in X-factor Gold High vitamin Butter oil plus Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver Oil or
